What does the interior of Sam's brain look like? Keeping the full scope out of the public's view is probably a positive. However, if you're still interested, the next best thing is Numerous Drawings, a collection of illustrations "off the top of the dome" (his words, lame, we know) made during the months of February 2011 to December 2011. Who the hell knows what you'll get, but one thing is for sure, it's random. From childhood memories to Panamanian rivers to mundane desktop items, the series is a mash-up of simple moments that were intended to document his thought process throughout a calendar year. Each illustration was started and finished with no erasers and no do-overs. Some are good, a lot are decent, a few are flat-out embarrassing, but hey... Can't win 'em all.
